DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery & Shipping Information
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Standard Dispatch: Orders for stocked products placed before 12:00 PM on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Auckland public holidays) are processed and dispatched on the same day or next business day.
Wholesale Bulk Orders: Freight arrangements for full pallet or multi-roll bulk trade orders will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on location and order size. Standard estimated transit times across New Zealand are:
Auckland Metro: 1 – 2 business days.
Rest of North Island (Urban): 2 – 3 business days.
South Island (Urban): 3 – 5 business days.
Rural Delivery (RD): Allow an additional 1 – 2 business days for rural carrier hand-off.
3. Freight Charges & Site Access
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, volume, and destination postcode, or detailed on your trade quotation/invoice.
Delivery is deemed to occur when the carrier delivers the product to the customer’s nominated site address or when collected from our depot.
The customer must ensure clear and safe vehicle access to the site. If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, unattended sites, or incorrect address information provided by the customer, re-delivery and storage fees may apply.
4. Risk & Unattended Deliveries
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
If the customer requests goods to be left unattended at a building site or private address (e.g., "leave by site shed"), the goods are left at the customer's sole risk once offloaded by the carrier.
